Camper Rental Terms & Conditions
Reservations:
Reservation must be held with a credit card or by check/money order for $300.00
Deposit:
A refundable $500.00 damage deposit is required upon pickup of the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when the customer took possession of the vehicle, the damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the return of the vehicle.
Cancellation:
Reservations must be cancelled no less than 24 hours before scheduled arrival or a one day rental fee will be charged to the customer.
Insurance:
Customer must supply RV rental insurance from their own insurance carrier. Wilderness Car Rental & Repair will not supply insurance coverage and will not be responsible for any and all damage done to our RV's.
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
Smoking Prohibited:
All rental units are NON-SMOKING. The penalty for smoking will be forfeit of the $500.00 security deposit.

Further Restrictions:
Pets are not allowed in any rental unit.
Absolutely NO FISH OR GAME are allowed in the rental unit. This includes the refrigerator or freezer. The penalty for any fish or game blood in the rental unit will be forfeit of the $500.00 security deposit. Storage totes will be supplied upon request.
Towing of trailers must be approved by Wilderness Car Rental & Repair in advance.
Cleaning:
All rental units are required to be returned in the same manner as when it departed. Any open food or garbage are required to be disposed of properly prior to the return of the vehicle.
Holding Tank Dumping Fees:
A $100.00 fee for dumping will be charged for black waste and/or gray water tanks that are not dumped prior to the return of the vehicle. There is a dump station located in Craig on Cold Storage Road.
Fuel and Propane Fees:
Vehicle, generator, and propane tanks must be full when returned. If it is not the customer will be charged $5.00 per gallon.
Late Fee:
A late fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged for returning your unit after the return time stated on your rental contract.
